Introduction: Staphylococcus aureus is a toxin variety ofdifferentfunctions. Collagen-binding protein(cna)is adhesion Staphylococcus aureus responsible for binding tocollagenandthe majorvirulencefactorinarthritisandosteomyelitisis aninfection. Staphylococcus aureusisa major cause offood poisoning in theworld. Thesetoxinscaassusetoxic shocksyndrome, food poisoningthatgenesTSST-1, Sehareresponsible forthese effects. The purpose ofthis study was toinvestigate thepresenceofvirulencegenesinstrains ofStaphylococcus aureusisolatedfrom clinical samplesby Multiplex PCR and anribiotic resistance.

Materials & methods: In this cross-sectional study, a total of 67 samples were isolated of Staphylococcus aureus, Antimicrobial susceptibility testing was carried out by disk diffusion method according to CLSI guidelines with different antibiotics. Multiplex PCR test was performed in accordance with protocol.

Findings: The results showed that thesusceptibility tovancomycinandlinezolidantibiotic 97.1% and maximumresistancetothe antibioticclindamycin 23.9%. Frequency Cnagene andTSST-1 gene was reportedin clinical samples 41.79%, 8.95%, respectively. As well as, Seh gene was not detected in any of the samples.

Discussion & Conclusions: Because of the importance of Staphylococcus aureus in the production of various toxins poisoning, due to the increasing use of food ready to cook serious danger threatening public health. The results showed that the prevalence is common of pathogenic genescna and TSST-1 in clinical samples.

Keywords: Staphylococcus aureus, Toxic shock syndrome, Enterotoxin, Antibiogram, Multiplex-PCR
