Data was collected through semi-structured interviews. Qualitative content analysis was used to analyze data.
Findings: Three main themes categorized in this research including “educational interventions”, “educator's experiences” and “learning conditions”. “Evidence of teaching and learning”, “research in education”, “attitude and personal beliefs”, “professional knowledge and experience”, “conditions of students” and “educational environment conditions” were considered as subthemes in evidence-based training.
