تأثیر نانوذرات آلومینای حاصل از عصارۀ هیدروالکلی ریواس بر ژن‌های تولید بیوفیلم در سودوموناس آئروجینوزا

مقدمه: سودوموناس آئروجینوزا باکتری فرصت‌‌طلبی است که به‌صورت ذاتی به مواد ضدمیکروبی مقاوم است. این باکتری از مهم‌‌ترین عوامل ایجاد عفونت‌‌های بیمارستانی در بیماران بخش نوزادان و سوختگی است. هدف از این مطالعه سنتز نانوذرات آلومینا با استفاده از عصارۀ هیدروالکلی ریواس و بررسی تأثیر آن بر ژن‌‌های تولید بیوفیلم در سودوموناس آئروجینوزا بود.
مواد و روش­ها: در این بررسی، نانوذرات آلومینا از عصارۀ هیدروالکلی ریواس با موفقیت سنتز شد. به‌منظور اطمینان از تشکیل نانوذره، تجزیه‌وتحلیل‌های جذب Uv-vis، اسکن SEM، طیف FTIR، بررسی اندازه و بار سطحی ذره‌ای نانوذرات و طیف XRD انجام و سپس فعالیت ضدمیکروبی آن با تعیین مقادیر MIC و MBC بررسی گردید. درنهایت، میزان بیان ژن‌‌های تولیدکنندۀ بیوفیلم mvfR و pslA ارزیابی شد.
یافته­ های پژوهش: نتایج تجزیه‌وتحلیل‌های مختلف نشان داد که از عصارۀ هیدروالکلی ریواس، نانوذرۀ آلومینا ساخته‌شده است. مقادیر MIC و MBC این نانوذرات به‌ترتیب معادل 1000 و 1500 میکروگرم بر میکرولیتر تعیین شد. نتایج اثر نانوذره بر ژن‌‌های بیوفیلم نشان‌دهندۀ کاهش معنی‌دار بیان هر دو ژن mvfR و pslA بود.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج مشخص شد که میزان کارایی این نانوذره بسیار مناسب است و می‌‌توان از آن برای مهار رشد این باکتری بهره برد.
