اثربخشی برنامه گربه مبارز بر نشانگان اختلال اضطراب فراگیر و هراس اجتماعی در کودکان دختر و پسر دارای اختلالات اضطرابی

مقدمه: اختلالات اضطرابی می ‌تواند مشکلات فراوانی را برای کودکان به وجود بیاورد، بنا بر این یافتن روش‌ هایی برای بهبود اضطراب آنان ضروری به نظر می ‌رسد. از این ‌رو این پژوهش باهدف بررسی اثربخشی برنامه گربه مبارز(CCP) بر نشانگان اختلال اضطراب فراگیر و هراس اجتماعی در کودکان دارای اختلالات اضطرابی انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ ها: طرح پژوهش از نوع آزمایشی و به‌ صـــورت پیش ‌آزمون-پس ‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانش ‌آموزان دختر و پسر 8 تا 11 سال دارای اختلالات اضطرابی شهر بندرعباس در سال 1397 بودند. نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 32 کودک بود که به ‌صورت نمونه ‌گیری خوشه‌ ای تصادفی انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند و اعضای گروه آزمایش به صورت فردی و در 16 جلسه تحت CCP قرار گرفتند. از مقیاس اضطراب کودکان اسپنس(SCAS) برای جمع‌ آوری داده‌ ها استفاده شد. داده ‌ها از طریق تحلیل آنکوا و آنوا مورد تجزیه ‌و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ های پژوهش: نتایج نشان داد که بین گروه کنترل و آزمایش، پس از مداخله تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد و CCP اثر معناداری در بهبود اضطراب فراگیر(P<0.05, F=52.03) و هراس اجتماعی(P<0.05, F=78.20) در گروه آزمایش دارد.
بحث و نتیجه ‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌ های این پژوهش، برنامه درمانی گربه مبارز یک روش موثر در بهبود اختلالات اضطرابی کودکان است و می ‌تواند دارای تلویحات کاربردی فراوانی باشد.
