بررسی تأثیر آنتی‌باکتریال آرژنین، پروتامین، عصاره‌های آبی چای سبز و آلوئه‌ورا بر باکتری اشریشیاکلای

مقدمه: باکتری E.coli یکی از عوامل شکست در درمان پالپ دندان‌های شیری و دائمی است؛ همچنین این میکروارگانیسم عامل بسیاری از بیماری‌های عفونی در انسان است. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین تأثیر آنتی‌باکتریال آرژنین، پروتامین، عصارۀ آبی چای سبز و آلوئه‌ورا بر سویۀ استاندارد این باکتری است.
مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعۀ آزمایشگاهی، از عصارۀ آبی چای سبز و آلوئه‌ورا و پروتامین با غلظت mg/ml400 و آرژنین با غلظت mg/ml 160 استفاده شد. باکتری اشریشیاکلای در محیط مولر هینتون براث کشت گردید و به‌منظور تعیین MIC (حداقل غلظت مهاری) و MBC (حداقل غلظت کشندگی) مواد آزمایش شده علیه باکتری اشریشیاکلای، آزمون میکرودایلیشن صورت گرفت. از هیپوکلریت سدیم 5/2 درصد به‌عنوان کنترل مثبت استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: از میان مواد آزمایش شده، پروتامین بیشترین اثر ضدباکتریایی (با MIC و MBC برابر mg/ml 62/0) و عصارۀ آبی چای سبز کمترین اثر ضدباکتریایی (با MIC برابر mg/ml100 و MBC برابر mg/ml200) را علیه اشریشیاکلای داشت. هیپوکلریت سدیم 5/2 درصد به‌عنوان کنترل مثبت در مقایسه با دیگر مواد آزمایش شدۀ این مطالعه، بیشترین تأثیر ضدمیکروبی علیه این نوع باکتری را نشان داد.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: از میان مواد آزمایش شده جز هیپوکلریت سدیم به‌عنوان کنترل مثبت، به‌ترتیب پروتامین بیشترین تأثیر و عصارۀ آلوئه‌ورا، آرژنین و عصارۀ چای سبز به‌ترتیب کمترین تاثیر ضدمیکروبی علیه باکتری اشریشیاکلای را نشان دادند.
