اثر ترکیبی تمرین ورزشی و رژیم گیاه‌خواری بر پروفایل چربی در بزرگ‌سالان:مرور سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز

مقدمه: تمرین ورزشی و رژیم‌‌ گیاه‌خواری به‌عنوان یک روش مناسب و غیردارویی برای بهبود سبک زندگی، کاهش وزن و بیماری‌‌های متابولیک مرتبط با آن پذیرفته شده‌‌اند. هدف مطالعۀ حاضر بررسی اثر ترکیبی تمرین ورزشی و رژیم گیاه‌خواری بر پروفایل چربی در بزرگ‌سالان با یک مطالعۀ مرور سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز بود.
مواد و روش­ها: جستجوی سیستماتیک در پایگاه‌‌ داده‌‌های PubMed، Web of Science، Scopus، SID، Magiran و Google scholar برای مقالات منتشرشده به زبان انگلیسی و فارسی تا فوریه سال 2023 انجام شد. متاآنالیز برای بررسی اثر ترکیبی تمرین ورزشی و رژیم گیاه‌خواری بر وزن بدن و پروفایل چربی (لیپوپروتئین با چگالی پایین، لیپوپروتئین با چگالی بالا، تری‌گلیسیرید و کلسترول تام) در بزرگ‌سالان صورت گرفت. تفاوت میانگین استانداردشده (SMD)، تفاوت میانگین وزنی (WMD) و فاصلۀ اطمینان 95 درصد (CI) با استفاده از مدل اثر تصادفی محاسبه گردید؛ همچنین برای تعیین ناهمگونی از آزمون I2 و برای بررسی سوگیری انتشار از فونل پلات و تست Egger در سطح معنی‌‌داری 1/0 استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده از نرم‌افزار CMA vol.2 استفاده گردید.
یافته ­های پژوهش: نتایج 36 مطالعه با 10795 آزمودنی نشان داد که تمرین ورزشی و رژیم گیاه‌خواری سبب کاهش معنادار وزن بدن (P=0.001، [68/5- الی 31/3-] 5/4-=WMD)، لیپوپروتئین با چگالی پایین (P=0.001، [44/0- الی 26/0-] 35/0-=SMD)، لیپوپروتئین با چگالی بالا (P=0.01، [29/0- الی 03/0-] 16/0-=SMD)، تری‌گلیسیرید سرمی (P=0.001، [17/0- الی 05/0-] 11/0-=SMD) و کلسترول تام سرمی (P=0.001، [57/0- الی 32/0-] 44/0-=SMD) در بزرگ‌سالان می‌‌شود.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌‌های متاآنالیز نقش مهم تمرین ورزشی و رژیم گیاه‌خواری در بهبود پروفایل چربی را نشان می‌‌دهد، به‌طوری‌که تمرین ورزشی و رژیم گیاه‌خواری به‌عنوان یک راهکار غیردارویی برای کاهش وزن بدن و پروفایل چربی برای بزرگ‌سالان پیشنهاد می‌‌گردد.
