ارزیابی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد صاحبان حیوانات خانگی در رابطه با بیماری‌‌های انگلی در شهر‌‌های همدان و کرمانشاه در سال‌‌های ۱۳۹۷ و 1398

مقدمه: نگهداری از حیوانات خانگی می‌‌تواند صاحبان آنان را در معرض آلودگی‌‌های مختلفی از جمله انگل‌‌های عامل بیماری‌‌زای مشترک بین حیوانات و انسان قرار دهد. این مطالعه برای اولین بار در ایران، با هدف بررسی میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد در مورد بیماری‌‌های انگلی صاحبان حیوانات خانگی در شهر همدان و کرمانشاه انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی با شرکت 200 نفر از صاحبان حیوانات خانگی شهرهای همدان و کرمانشاه انجامشد. ابزار جمع-آوری اطلاعات یک پرسش‌‌نامه محقق-ساخته شامل 62 پرسش بود که پایایی و روایی آن مورد سنجش و تأیید قرار گرفت. داده‌‌ها با نرم افزار SPSS نسخه ۱۹ مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. تحلیل‌‌های آماری در روش‌‌های توصیفی با استفاده از میانگین و انحراف معیار و در روش تحلیلی با استفاده از آزمون من-ویتنی انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: بیشتر شرکت‌‌کنندگان زن، دارای تحصیلات دانشگاهی بودند و از سگ نگهداری می‌‌کردند. بین شرکت‌‌کنندگان هر دو شهر از لحاظ دانش نسبت به بیماری‌‌های انگلی، تفاوت آماری معنی‌‌داری وجود داشت (در کرمانشاه بیشتر بود) (P˂0.01) اما از لحاظ نگرش تفاوت آماری مشاهده نشد. ضریب همسبتگی اسپیرمن نشان داد که در هر دو شهر همدان و کرمانشاه بین نمره‌‌ی آگاهی و عملکرد، ارتباط مستقیم و معنی‌‌داری وجود دارد (همدان r=0.489 ، P˂0.001  و کرمانشاه r=0.655 ، P˂0.001). به طور کلی میزان دانش و عملکرد صاحبان حیوانات خانگی در سطح نامطلوب و میزان نگرش آن‌‌ها در سطح مطلوب قرار دارد.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتابج این مطالعه که برای اولین بار در ایران انجام گرفت پیشنهاد می‌‌دهد صاحبان حیوانات خانگی نیازمند آموزش‌‌های لازم جهت افزایش سطح دانش نسبت به انگل‌‌ها و بیماری‌‌های انگلی حیوانات خود می‌‌باشند که منجر به بهبود نگرش و عملکرد آنان خواهد شد.
