بررسی ارتباط فرسودگی شغلی با کیفیت زندگی در پرستاران بخش‌‌های مراقبت ویژه در اپیدمی کووید-19

مقدمه: اپیدمی کووید-19 باعث ایجاد فرسودگی شغلی پرستاران و به دنبال آن کاهش کیفیت زندگی و کاهش کیفیت خدمات مراقبتی به بیماران شده است. با توجه به شیوع اپیدمی کووید-19 و تجربه پژوهشگر، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط فرسودگی شغلی با کیفیت زندگی پرستاران بخش‌‌های مراقبت‌‌های ویژه در اپیدمی کووید-19 انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی-همبستگی، بر روی 140پرستار شاغل در بخش‌‌های ویژه(ICU,CCU) بیمارستان‌‌های دولتی استان ایلام از10 بهمن تا 10 اسفند ماه سال1400 در زمان پیک ششم کووید-19 انجام شد. روش نمونه‌‌گیری تمام شماری بود. ابزار جمع آوری داده‌‌ها شامل پرسش‌‌نامه‌‌های جمعیت‌‌شناختی، فرسودگی شغلی ماسلاچ(1985) وکیفیت زندگی سازمان جهانی بهداشت(2004) بود. داده‌‌های جمع‌‌آوری شده با نرم افزارSPSS  نسخه 26 و با استفاده از آزمون‌‌های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون با سطح معنی‌‌داری (P<0.05) تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه میزان انحراف معیار و میانگین برای فرسودگی شغلی(4/11 ± 1/76)و برای کیفیت زندگی (9/5 ± 9/72) بود. همبستگی معکوس معنی‌‌داری بین فرسودگی شغلی با کیفیت زندگی وجود داشت (P<0.001, r=- 0.296). همچنین، آزمون رگرسیون خطی مؤلفه‌‌های مسخ شخصیت و عملکرد فردی تاثیر معنی‌‌داری بر کیفیت زندگی پرستاران نشان نداد. مؤلفه خستگی عاطفی(P=0.001) تاثیر منفی معنی‌‌داری بر روی کیفیت زندگی پرستاران بخش‌‌های ویژه داشت.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:  لازم است مدیران تدابیر حمایتی، تشویقی و آموزشی جهت پیشگیری از اثرات سوء بر پرستاران در زمان شیوع بحران‌‌های سلامت، اتخاذ نمایند.
