بررسی ارتباط میان پلی‌‌مورفیسم‌‌ rs8192688 ژن FABP4 با استعداد ابتلا به بیماری‌‌های قلبی- عروقی در بیماران دیابتی نوع 2 در استان ایلام

مقدمه: بیماری‌‌های قلبی-عروقی شایع‌‌ترین علت مرگ‌ومیر در افراد مبتلا به T2DM است. ارتباط میان دیابت و بیماری‌‌های قلبی و عروقی پیچیده و چندوجهی است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی ارتباط میان پلی‌‌مورفیسم rs8192688 ژن FABP4 با استعداد ابتلا به بیماری‌‌های قلبی- عروقی در بیماران دیابتی نوع 2 در استان ایلام بود.
مواد و روش ها: جامعۀ پژوهش در این تحقیق شامل 210 نفر (70 نفر بیمار دیابتی نوع 2 مبتلا به بیماری قلبی و عروقی، 70 نفر بیمار دیابتی نوع 2 بدون بیماری قلبی و عروقی و 70 نفر افراد سالم) بودند. فراوانی پلی‌‌مورفیسم بر اساس روش Tetra-Primer-ARMS-PCR انجام گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد TG، HDL-C و LDL-C در گروه T2DM with CVD نسبت به گروه T2DM، به‌‌طور معنی‌‌داری افزایش یافته بود (P<0.05). فراوانی ژنوتیپ CT در گروه‌‌های کنترل، دیابتی و دیابتی به همراه بیماری‌‌های قلبی-عروقی به‌ترتیب 26، 24 و 29 درصد (P=0.16)، فراوانی ژنوتیپ TT به‌ترتیب 6، 4 و 4 درصد (P=0.12) و فراوانی آلل T به‌ترتیب 19، 16 و 19 درصد (P=0.09) بود. ارتباط معنا‌داری میان این پلی‌‌مورفیسم و گروه‌‌های مطالعه‌شده وجود نداشت.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد، TG، LDL-C و HDL-C می‌‌توانند در توسعۀ CVD در بیماران T2DM نقش داشته باشند؛ اما پلی‌‌مورفیسم rs8192688 ژن FABP4 در توسعۀ CVD در بیماران T2DM نقش ندارد.
