fa پژوهش در خدمت سلامت: از چالش‌ها تا راهکارها Research Serving Health: Bridging Challenges and Solutions عمومى General یادداشت سردبیر Editorial Note <div style="text-align: justify;">در حال حاضر ساختارهای بهداشتی و درمانی در دنیا با چالشهای پیچیده و غیرقابل پیش بینی فراونی مواجهه هستند. عواملی مانند بلایای طبیعی و ناشی از عوامل انسانی، بیماریهای عفونی نوپدید و سایر بلایا و بحرانهای تهدید کننده سلامت جامعه بیش از پیش نقش بیمارستهانها به عنوان ستون اصلی ارائه خدمات درمانی تاکید کرده اند. بیمارستانها علاوه بر ارائه خدمات پزشکی و درمانی معمول باید این آمادگی را داشته باشند که از طریق زیرساختهای ایمن، پرسنل ماهر و آموزش دیده و نیز مدیریت بهینه منابع و برنامه ریزی های هماهنگ، واکنشی موثر به شرایط بحرانی و اضطراری نشان دهند. مقاله اول این شماره با عنوان «ارزیابی ایمنی و آمادگی بیمارستان شهید مصطفی خمینی ایلام در مواجهه با بلایا و فوریت‌ها: یک مطالعه مقطعی»، به یکی از مهمترین دغدغه‌های مدیریت در بخش سلامت اشاره دارد. ارزیابی منظم آمادگی بیمارستانها صرفا یک  تمرین برای سنجش عملکرد آنها نیست بلکه این امر شواهد ارزشمندی را برای شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعف فراهم می سازد که می تواند راهنمای برنامه ریزی استرتژیک و عملیاتی و نیز ارتقاء تاب آوری سیستمهای سلامت باشد. تجارب سالهای اخیر  و از جمله پاندمی کووید-19 و سایر بلایای طبیعی و انسان ساخت، به صورت آشکار ثابت نموده است که سرمایه گذاری بر روی «آامادگی» بسیار موثرتر و کم هزینه تر از مدیریت پیامدهای ناشی از عدم آمادگی است.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Healthcare systems around the world are increasingly faced with complex and unpredictable challenges. Natural disasters, man-made crises, emerging infectious diseases and other public health emergencies have increasingly emphasised the vital role of hospitals as the mainstay of healthcare delivery. Hospitals should be prepared and capable to respond to emergencies in an effective manner with resilient infrastructure, trained human resources, prudent management of resources and coordinated planning. The first article in this issue, titled “Safety and Preparedness Assessment of Shahid Mostafa Khomeini Hospital in Ilam in Response to Disasters and Emergencies: A Cross-Sectional Study,” addresses one of the most serious management concerns in the health sector. Regularly assessing hospital preparedness is not simple administrative exercise; Rather, it provides valuable evidence needed to identify serious gaps, leverage strengths, and ultimately build a more robust, resilient healthcare system. Recent experiences, including the COVID-19 pandemic and numerous natural and man-made disasters, have clearly proven that investing in “preparedness” is much more effective and less costly than managing the consequences of unpreparedness. In addition to the topic of disaster preparedness, this issue of the journal presents a diverse collection of studies in the fields of mental health, nursing care, basic medical sciences, professional ethics, oral health, child and adolescent health, and health research policymaking.
