fa بررسی میزان آگاهی و عملکرد کارکنان هوشبری و اتاق عمل نسبت به منابع حریق و راه‌های پیشگیری و کنترل آن در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام پرستاری nurse پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt">مقدمه:</span></span></span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">اتاق عمل مکانی است که با توجه به وجود عوامل ایجادکنندۀ حریق در آن، احتمال بروز حوادثی مانند آتش‌سوزی در آن وجود دارد و به این سبب لازم است تا کارکنان اتاق عمل ازجمله گروه بیهوشی و اتاق عمل اطلاعات کافی برای پیشگیری از بروز حادثه و عملکرد مناسب حین بروز حادثه را داشته باشند. مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان آگاهی و عملکرد کارکنان هوشبری و اتاق عمل نسبت به منابع حریق و راه‌های پیشگیری و کنترل آن انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt">مواد و روش ها:</span></span></span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">در این پژوهش توصیفی، 60 نفر از کارکنان هوشبری و اتاق عمل بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام به روش سرشماری در مطالعه شرکت کردند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامۀ دموگرافیک و پرسش‌نامۀ محقق‌ساخته بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:8.0pt">SPSS vol.16</span><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""> تحلیل شدند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">نتایج نشان داد که میانگین نمرۀ دانش کارکنان 14/10</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span cambria="" style="font-family:">&plusmn;</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">67/48 و آگاهی بیشتر کارکنان در سطح متوسط (3/83 درصد) است؛ همچنین میانگین نمرۀ عملکرد کارکنان 89/3</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span cambria="" style="font-family:">&plusmn;</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">85/12 و سطح عملکرد بیشتر کارکنان تقریباً در سطح متوسط 34 نفر (7/56 درصد) قرار داشت.</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">سطح عملکرد بیشتر کارکنان هوشبری در پیشگیری از ایمنی و حریق (6/58 درصد) و آموزش برای آشنایی با شکل‌گیری حریق و مهار کردن آن (9/68 درصد) نسبتاً بالا بود؛ اما عملکرد آنان در حیطه‌های آشنایی با وسایل اطفای حریق در اتاق عمل (4/72 درصد) و آشنایی با جایگاه و نحوۀ استفاده از زنگ خطر در اتاق عمل (8/44 درصد) متوسط بود</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:8.0pt">.</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Zar""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">با توجه به مطلوب نبودن سطح آگاهی و عملکرد کارکنان از منابع و شرایط شکل‌گیری حریق در اتاق عمل، برگزاری کلاس‌ها و دوره‌های آموزشی برای بهبود عملکرد این کارکنان حین وقوع حریق می‌تواند در ارتقای این آگاهی و عملکرد به سطح عالی آن بسیار کمک‌کننده باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">Introduction:</span></span></span></span></b> <span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Due to the presence of causes of fire in the operating room,&nbsp; that these kinds of accidents likely take place in these places. Therefore, it is necessary for the operating room staff, including the anesthesia team and the operating room, to have sufficient information in order to prevent the accident and function properly during the accident. This study aimed to investigate the knowledge and performance of anesthesia and operating room staff regarding fire sources and ways to prevent and control them.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">Material & Methods:</span></span></span></span></b> <span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">A total of 60 anesthesiologists and operating room staff of hospitals affiliated with Ilam University of Medical Sciences participated in this descriptive study by census method. Data collection tools were demographic characteristics form and researcher-made questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS software (version 16).</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">(Ethic code: IR.MEDILAM.REC.1399.305)</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">Findings:</span></span></span></span></b> <span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The results showed that the mean score of staff knowledge was 48.67&plusmn;10.14, and the knowledge of the majority of the staff was almost at the average level (83.3%). Moreover, the mean performance score of the staff was 12.85&plusmn; 3.89, and the performance of the majority of the staff was almost at the average level (n=34, 56.7%). The level of performance of the majority of anesthesia personnel regarding the prevention of fire and safety (58.6%) and training to get acquainted with the formation of fire and its control (68.9%) has been relatively high. However, their performance in terms of familiarity with fire extinguishers in the operating room (72.4%), as well as the location and use of the fire alarm system in the operating room was at the average level (44.8%).</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">Discussion & </span></span></span></span></b><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">Conclusion:</span></span></span></b> <span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Based on the research findings, the level of knowledge and performance of the staff about the sources and conditions of fire formation in the operating room was not desirable.
