en میزان رعایت موازین اخلاق در پژوهش در پیشنهاده‌های پژوهشی مصوب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام طی سال‌های 1389 تا 1395 عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong><em><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></em></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> با توجه به توسعه و گسترش روزافزون پژوهش در علوم پزشکی و به‌ویژه استفاده از آزمودنی‌های انسانی در طرح‌های پژوهشی، لزوم اجرای پژوهش بر اساس معیارها و اصول اخلاقی اهمیت بالایی یافته است. در این مطالعه، میزان پایبندی مجریان طرح‌های پژوهشی به ذکر شاخص‌های اخلاق در پژوهش بر اساس مفاد بیانیه‌های معتبر ملی و بین‌المللی در پیشنهاده‌های پژوهشی مصوب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام از سال 1389 تا 1395 بررسی شده است.</span></span><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></em></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> در مطالعه‌ای توصیفی-گذشته‌نگر بر روی 489 پیشنهادۀ پژوهشی مصوب، اطلاعات از طریق شش چک‌لیست‌ استخراج</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">‌</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> شد که با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌های استاندارد کمیتۀ اخلاق در پژوهش سازمان بهداشت جهانی (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">WHO/ERC</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">) و سایر مطالعات مرتبط تهیه گردیده بود. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SPSS</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری شد.</span></span><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌های پژوهش:</span></span></em></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که به‌طورکلی در 402 طرح (2/82 درصد)، به بخش ملاحظات اخلاقی در پیشنهاده‌ها توجه گردیده و تکمیل‌شده بود. تنها 20 طرح (4 درصد) به کمیتۀ اخلاق در پژوهش ارجاع گشته و تأییدیۀ کمیتۀ اخلاق در پژوهش را داشتند. در 163 طرح (8/57 درصد)، آزمودنی‌ها از شرکت در مطالعه آگاه شده بودند و در 177 طرح (2/36 درصد)، اخذ رضایت آگاهانه و نیز در 257 طرح (6/52 درصد) در پیشنهاده‌های با آزمودنی انسانی، حفظ محرمانگی اطلاعات آزمودنی‌ها در پژوهش پیش‌بینی‌شده بود</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&nbsp;<strong><em>بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</em></strong></span> هدف غایی از تشکیل کمیته‌های ملی و منطقه‌ای اخلاق پژوهشی، ارتقای وضع موجود و نیل به استانداردهای مربوطه است که در کل، روند روبه‌رشدی را نشان داد. برگزاری کارگاه‌های آموزشی برای پژوهشگران و نظارت دقیق‌تر کمیته‌های اخلاق به‌ویژه در کارآزمایی های بالینی و مطالعات حیوانی، به‌منظور بهبود فضای اخلاقی، به‌عنوان راهکار پیشنهادی بهینه‌سازی ارائه می‌شود.</span> <em>Introduction: </em>Considering the ever-increasing developments in medical research, especially the use of human subjects in research projects, the implementation of such research according to the ethical principles and criteria of creditable national and international declarations is of great significance. The present study aimed to investigate the rate of observance of research ethics in proposals approved at Ilam University of Medical Sciences, Ilam, Iran,<span dir="RTL"> &nbsp;</span>from 2010 to 2016<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> &nbsp;<br> <em>Materials & Methods:</em> This descriptive-retrospective study evaluated 489 research proposals that had been approved between 2010 and 2016. Following that, the required information was extracted using six checklists prepared using the standard questionnaires of the Ethics Review Committee in World Health Organization (WHO/ERC) and other related studies. The obtained data were analyzed in SPSS software.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <em>Findings: </em>According to the results, 402 (82.2%) proposals observed the ethical consideration section. However, only 20 (4%) proposals were referred to the Research Ethics Committee and approved by the Research Ethics Committee. Furthermore, in 163 (57.8%) proposals, the subjects were informed of their participation in the study, and in 177 (36.2%) proposals, informed consent was included. In the proposals with human subjects, the confidentiality of the subjects&#39; information in the research was predicted in 257 (52.6%) proposals.<span dir="RTL"> </span><br> &nbsp;<br> <em>Discussions & Conclusions:</em> The ultimate goal of national/regional Research Ethics Committees is the improvement of the current situation and getting closer to the related standards, which totally showed a progressive trend.
