fa اولویت‌بندی و تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر سلامت شغلی کشاورزان (مطالعۀ موردی: باغداران استان ایلام) Prioritization and Analysis of Factors Affecting the Occupational Health of Farmers: A Case Study of Gardeners in Ilam Province, Iran آسیب شناسی pathology پژوهشي Research  مقدمه: کشاورزی و باغداری همیشه از مشاغل پرمخاطره بوده و توسعۀ مکانیزاسیون نیز، علی‌رغم  کاهش دشواری‌‌های فعالیت‌‌های زراعی و افزایش تولید، مصدومیت‌‌های شغلی متعددی را برای کشاورزان و باغداران ایجاد کرده است؛ بنابراین، هدف این تحقیق اولویت‌بندی و تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر سلامت شغلی باغداران استان ایلام است. مواد و روش‌‌ها: این پژوهش از نظر ماهیت کمی، به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از دید گردآوری داده‌‌ها از نوع تحقیقات علی–ارتباطی است. جامعۀ ‌‌آماری تحقیق را همۀ باغداران استان ایلام تشکیل دادند (6711=N). حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول نمونه‌‌گیری بارتلت و همکاران، 405 نفر تعیین و برای نمونه‌‌گیری از روش تصادفی‌‌ طبقه‌‌ای استفاده شد. یافته‌‌های پژوهش: نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از تحلیل عاملی نشان می‌دهد که مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر سلامت شغلی باغداران شامل عوامل حمایتی، اقتصادی، محیطی و شغلی، فردی و حرفه‌‌ای و آموزشی است. یافته‌‌های تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرم‌افزار AMOS vol.23 نشان دادند که عوامل حمایتی بیشترین تأثیر را بر سلامت شغلی باغداران دارند. پس از آن نیز، مؤلفه‌های اقتصادی، محیطی و شغلی، فردی و حرفه‌‌ای و آموزشی به ترتیب در اولویت‌‌های بعدی این تأثیر قرار می‌‌گیرند. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با عنایت به یافته‌‌های مطالعۀ حاضر و تأثیر عوامل حمایتی بر سلامت شغلی باغداران، به‌عنوان اولویت‌دارترین عامل، می‌‌توان نتیجه گرفت با افزایش حمایت‌‌های دولتی از راه ارائۀ مشوق‌‌های مالی، یارانه‌‌ها و تسهیلات بلندمدت و کم‌بهره برای توسعه‌‌ و افزایش ضریب بهداشتی و ایمنی باغ‌‌ها و گلخانه‌‌ها می‌‌توان آسیب‌‌های شغلی باغداران را به میزان چشمگیری کاهش داد.  Introduction: Agriculture and horticulture have always been risky occupations, and the development of mechanization, despite reducing the difficulties of agricultural activities and increasing production, has caused numerous occupational injuries for farmers and gardeners. Therefore, this study aimed to prioritize and analyze the effective factors on gardeners' occupational health in Ilam, Iran.   Materials & Methods: This applied research was conducted quantitatively based on a causal relationship method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all gardeners in Ilam province (n=6711). The sample size was determined at 405 people using the sampling table of Bartlett et al. and stratified random sampling method. Ethics code:IR.MEDILAM.REC.1399.274   Findings: According to the results of factor analysis, the components affecting the gardeners' occupational health included supportive, economic, environmental and occupational, personal, professional, and educational factors.
