fa اثر ژنوتیپ‌های متفاوت‌ (I/D)ACE و ACTN-3 (R/X) بر بعضی از عوامل آمادگی جسمانی و عملکرد مهارت‌های حرکتی کودکان پسر 6 تا 8 سال Effect of ACE (I/D) and ACTN-3 (R/X) Genotypes on some Factors of Physical Fitness and Performance of Motor Skills in 6-8-Year-Old Children تربیت بدنی Physical Education پژوهشي Research مقدمه: شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد جسمانی و رشد مهارت‌های حرکتی کودکان می‌تواند اهمیت فراوانی در مشارکت در فعالیت بدنی، پیشگیری از اضافه‌وزن و چاقی و همچنین شناسایی و هدایت استعداد‌های برتر ورزشی کودکان داشته باشد؛ ازاین‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر ژنوتیپ‌های متفاوت ACE (I/D) و ACTN-3 (R/X)، بر بعضی از عوامل آمادگی جسمانی و عملکرد مهارت‌های حرکتی کودکان انجام‌شده ‌است.  مواد و روش‌ها: جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش، شامل همۀ کودکان پسر مدرسه‌ای 6 الی 8 ساله از شهر تهران بود که به شکل تصادفی خوشه‌ای، تعداد 50 نفر به‌عنوان نمونۀ پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، شامل آزمون‌های آمادگی جسمانی، آزمون مهارت‌های حرکتی درشت اولریخ- ویرایش سوم و استفاده از PCR برای تعیین پلی‌مورفیسم ژن ACE و ACTN-3 بود. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون‌ تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه و آزمون t مستقل در سطح معناداری P<0.05 تحلیل شدند.  یافته‌های پژوهش: نتایج نشان داد که کودکان برخوردار از آلل D ژن ACE، (ژنوتیپ DD یا ID)، نسبت ‌به کودکان دارای ژنوتیپ II (P<0.05) و کودکان برخوردار از آلل R ژن ACTN-3 (ژنوتیپ RR یا RX)، نسبت به کودکان دارای ژنوتیپ XX (P<0.05)، قدرت عضلانی بیشتری در دست و پا و همچنین سطح مهارت‌های حرکتی جابجایی بالاتری دارند؛ اما تفاوت‌ معناداری در عملکرد مهارت‌های حرکتی توپی (P>0.05) مشاهده نشد. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: کودکان برخوردار از ژنوتیپ‌های DD یا ID ژن ACE و ژنوتیپ‌های RR یا RX ژن ACTN-3‌، سطح رشد جسمانی بالاتر و متعاقباً سطح بالاتری در اجرای مهارت‌های حرکتی جابجایی دارند و در صورت فراهم بودن شرایط محیطی مناسب، این افراد در آینده نیز، به اجرای مهارت‌های ورزشی در سطوح بالای عملکردی قادر خواهند بود. Introduction: The identification of the factors affecting the physical performance and development of children's motor skills can be of great importance in participating in physical activities, preventing overweight and obesity, as well as identifying and guiding the top talented children in sport. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the effect of different ACE (I/D) and ACTN-3 (R/X) genotypes on some factors of physical fitness and motor skill performance in children.   <pre> Materials & Methods: The statistical population of this study included 6-8-year-old school children in Tehran, Iran. In total, 50 cases were selected randomly using the cluster-sampling method. The data were collected using the Physical Fitness Test, Test of Gross Motor Development-Third Edition (TGMD-3), and PCR for the determination of ACE and ACTN-3 polymorphism. Furthermore, a one-way analysis of variance and independent t-test were used to analyze the study data. A p-value less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. </pre> <pre> Ethics code: IR.KHU.REC.1399.010</pre>     Findings: The results showed that children carrying allele D of ACE gene, (DD or ID genotype), compared to those with II genotype (P<0.05), and the cases carrying the allele R of ACTN-3 gene (RR or RX genotype), compared to those with XX genotype (P<0.05) had more muscular strength in hand and foot, as well as higher levels of locomotor skills. However, no significant difference was observed regarding the performance of ball motor skills (P>0.05).   Discussions & Conclusions: According to the results of the study, it can be said that the children carrying DD or ID genotype of ACE and RR or RX genotype of ACTN-3 had a higher level of physical development and consequently higher levels of locomotor skill performance.
