fa تاثیر رایحه درمانی با عصاره اسطوخودوس بر میزان استرس شغلی پرسنل اتاق عمل ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای و ارگونومی شغلی health and safety professionals پژوهشي Research <strong><em><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></em></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">استرس شغلی به عنوان یکی از جدی ترین خطرات شغلی در کشورهای توسعه یافته شناخته می شود. مشکلات مربوط به استرس باعث بروز علائم رفتاری، ذهنی و فیزیکی و کاهش عملکرد کاری افراد می گردد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تاثیر رایحه درمانی با عصاره اسطوخودوس بر میزان استرس شغلی پرسنل در محیط اتاق عمل انجام گرفت. </span></span><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مواد و روش ها: </span></span></em></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این مطالعه نیمه تجربی بر روی 25 نفر از پرسنل بیمارستان حجت بن الحسن العسکری(عج) اصفهان در شهریور ماه سال 1396 انجام شد. انتخاب افراد تکمیل کننده پرسش نامه با استفاده از روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسش نامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت. پرسش نامه ها در دو مرحله قبل و بعد از رایحه درمانی توسط پرسنل اتاق عمل تکمیل شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون های آماری&nbsp; توصیفی&nbsp; و تحلیلی(میانگین-ویل کاکسون) استفاده گردید.</span></span><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته های پژوهش:</span></span></em></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که رایحه درمانی فقط بر روی یکی از علائم استرس شغلی که احساس آرامش در محیط کار بود تاثیر معنادار داشت. میزان کلی استرس شغلی پرسنل بین قبل و بعد از مداخله از نظر آماری تفاوت معناداری نداشت. </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بحث و نتیجه گیری:</span></span></em></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">با توجه به تاثیر رایحه درمانی با اسپری عصار ه اسطوخودوس بر روی یکی از علائم استرس شغلی می توان از این روش در محیط اتاق عمل جهت کاهش استرس شغلی پرسنل استفاده کرد.</span></span> <em>Introduction:</em> Occupational stress is recognized as one of the most serious occupational hazards in developed countries. Stress-related problems can cause behavioral, mental, and physical symptoms leading to a decrease in work performance. This study aimed to investigate the effect of aromatherapy using lavender extract on staff job stress in the operating room environment.<br> &nbsp;<br> <em>Materials & Methods:</em> This quasi-experimental study was performed on 25 staff in Hojat ibn-al-Hassan al-Askari Hospital in Isfahan during September 2017. The study sample was selected using the convenience method. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire with confirmed validity and reliability. The operating room staff were asked to complete the questionnaires before and after aromatherapy. The data were analyzed using descriptive and analytical statistical tests (mean and Wilcoxon test).<br> &nbsp;<br> <em>Findings:</em> The results of the study showed that aromatherapy had only a significant effect on one of the symptoms of job stress (i.e., feeling calm at the workplace).
