fa بررسی مولفه های موثر بر اثربخشی ارتباطات سازمانی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی health care management پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -27pt;"><strong><em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></em></strong> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">سازمان، شبکه ای از واحدها و افراد است که با هم افزایی در ایجاد ارتباط معنادار و هدفمند واحدها و افراد، عملکرد ســازمان را افزایش می دهند. بنابراین، باید ارتباطات سازمانی اثربخش شود تا هدف های سازمانی محقق شود. در این مقاله به منظور اثربخش کردن ارتباطات سازمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام، عوامل و متغیرهای موثر بر آن مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است.</span></span><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مواد و روش ها: </span></span></em></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش این تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و پیمایشی است و به منظور جمع آوری داده ها، پرسش نامه محقق ساخته به کار گرفته شده است. از میان 476 نفر جامعه آماری(را</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">کلیه</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">کارکنان</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ستاد دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی ایلام)، 170 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری، با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش داده ها با نرم افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> نسخه 20 و آزمون رگرسیون چندگاره و تحلیل مسیر اجرا شد.</span></span><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته های پژوهش:</span></span></em></strong> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">اثر عامل سازمانی بر ارتباطات سازمانی این دانشگاه با ضریب 639/0 در مقایسه با عامل انسانی با ضرایب 258/0 بیشتر است. یعنی عامل سازمانی در اثربخش کردن ارتباطات سازمانی موثرتر است.</span></span><br> <strong><em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بحث و نتیجه گیری:</span></span></em></strong> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام باید در پی الگوی مناسب ارتباطات سازمانی خود باشد و با توجه به موقعیت خود، الگوی مطلوب را طراحی کند که در آن عوامل سازمانی موثر بر ارتباطات سازمانی توجه بیشتری نمایند.</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -27pt; text-align: justify;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-left: -13.5pt; text-align: left;"><em>Introduction:</em> An organization is a network of departments and individuals that improves the performance of the organization through establishing synergy in the meaningful and purposeful communication between departments and individuals. Therefore, effective organizational communication is required to achieve organizational goals. In order to enhance organizational communication in Ilam University of Medical Sciences, the current article investigated the influential factors affecting this communication.<br> &nbsp;<br> <em>Materials & Methods:</em> This descriptive correlational study utilized a researcher-made questionnaire for data collection. The study population included 170 participants selected out of 476 statistical populations (all the staff of Ilam University of Medical Sciences) using simple random sampling.
