fa بررسی رخداد هم زمان زبان جغرافیایی یا شیار دار با التهاب بافت ‌های لنفوییدی Evaluation of Coincidence of Geographic or Fissured Tongue with Inflammation of Lymphoid Tissue پژوهشي Research <a name="OLE_LINK4"></a><a name="OLE_LINK3">مقدمه:</a> زبان جغرافیایی و زبان شیاردار از شایع ترین اختلالات تکاملی زبان محسوب می‌شوند. یکی از علت‌ های بروز این ضایعات، آلرژی است. آلرژی معمولاً با نا هنجاری های مختلفی هم چون خلط ته حلق  و‌ هایپر پلازی لنفوئیدی همراه است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی بروز هم زمان لنفادنو پاتی حفره دهان و خلط ته حلق  با زبان جغرافیایی و شیار دار بود. مواد و روش‌ ها: این مطالعه مورد- شاهدی  بر روی 190 نفر از مراجعه کنندگان به بخش بیماری ‌های دهان دانشکده دندان پزشکی یزد به روش نمونه گیری آسان انجام گرفت. نمونه‌ها به دو گروه 95 نفره تقسیم شدند که یکی دارای زبان جغرافیایی یا شیار دار و گروه دیگر فاقد آن بودند. بعد از کسب رضایت نامه اخلاقی، بیماران از نظر درگیری حلقه والدیر و PND معاینه شدند. داده ‌ها توسط نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 17 و آزمون Chi-square تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ های پژوهش: از مجموع افراد مورد بررسی 19(10%) نفر درگیری لوزه زبانی داشتند. درگیری لوزه حلقی به ترتیب در30 (5/31%) و 21 (1/22%) نفر از گروه مورد و شاهد دیده شد. با توجه به نتایج مشخص می ‌شود که بین درگیری حلقه والدیر و حضور زبان جغرافیایی یا شیار دار رابطه معنی داری بر قرار است (015/0=P) .20 نفر (1/21%) از گروه مورد خلط ته حلق  داشتند. با توجه به نتایج بین حضور PND و وجود زبان جغرافیایی یا شیار دار ارتباط معنی داری مشاهده نشد (562/0=P). بحث و نتیجه گیری: بر اساس تفاوت معنی دار درگیری حلقه والدیر دردو گروه، باید وجود نشانه ‌های بعدی آلرژی را در این بیماران در نظر داشت و نیز با پیگیری مکرر این بیماران مستعد، می ‌توان به  تشخیص و درمان به موقع آن ‌ها دست یافت. Introduction: Geographic tongue and fissured tongue are the most common developmental tongue disorders. One of their causes is allergy. Allergy usually is accompanied by different abnormalities such as lymphoid hyperplasia and post nasal discharge (PND). The purpose of this study was assessing coincidence of oral lymphatic condition and PND in patients with geographic or fissured tongue.   Materials & methods: This case control study was done on 190 patients referring to oral medicine department of Yazd dental school with convenience sampling method. All patients were divided into two groups, the first group with geographic or fissured tongue and the other one without it. After taking informed consent, all of them were examined for PND and involvement of Waldeyer's lymphatic ring. Finally the results of both groups were compared with Chi-Square test and SPSS 17 software.   Findings: 19 persons of examined patients (10%) in this study had tongue tonsils. Involvement of pharyngeal tonsils were seen in 30 and 21 persons in case and control group respectively.According to the results, it was found that, there was a significant relationship between the involvement of Waldeyer's lymphatic ring and the presence of geographic or fissured tongue (Pvalue=.015). 20 persons in case group (21.1%) had PND, and there was no significant relationship between PND and geographic or fissured tongue (Pvalue=.562).   Discussion & conclusions: According to significant difference in Waldeyer's lymphatic ring involvement in groups, the probable signs and symptoms of allergy should be considered in these patients.
