fa بررسی تاثیر درمان با اینترفرون آلفا بر سطوح هموسیستئین پلاسما در بیماران مبتلا به هپاتیت B بیو شیمی بالینی clinical biochemistry پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong><em>مقدمه:</em></strong> هایپرهموسیستئینمی برای بیماری های قلبی-عروقی به عنوان یک فاکتور خطر تلقی می گردد. برخی از مطالعات گزارش نموده اند که در افراد مبتلا به هپاتیت <span dir="LTR">B</span> سطح هموسیستئین پلاسما افزایش می یابد. هدف این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر اینترفرون آلفا بر سطح هموسیستئین افراد مبتلا به هپاتیت <span dir="LTR">B</span> بود. اینترفرون آلفا(<span dir="LTR">IFN-&alpha;</span>) یک عامل درمانی برای هپاتیت <span dir="LTR">B</span> می باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong><em>مواد و روش ها:</em></strong> در این مطالعه 20 بیمار مبتلا به هپاتیت <span dir="LTR">B</span> شرکت کرده بودند. سطوح پلاسمایی هموسیستئین قبل و بعد از <span dir="LTR">IFN-&alpha;</span> درمانی اندازه گیری شد و داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های <span dir="LTR">t-test</span> و <span dir="LTR">Correlation</span> با یگدیگر مقایسه گردیدند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong><em>یافته های پژوهش:</em></strong> سطوح هموسیستئین در افراد بیمار نسبت به گروه کنترل افزایش معنی داری را نشان داد(<span dir="LTR">P<0.001</span>). اینترفرون آلفا درمانی سطوح هموسیستئین پلاسما را نسبت به قبل از درمان کاهش داد(<span dir="LTR">P<0.0001</span>) و سطوح هموسیستئین بعد از درمان نسبت به گروه کنترل هیچ اختلاف آماری معنی داری را نشان نداد(<span dir="LTR">P>0.806</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong><em>بحث و نتیجه گیری:</em></strong> یافته ها نشان داد سطوح هموسیستئین پلاسما در بیماران مبتلا به هپاتیت <span dir="LTR">B</span> افزایش یافته بود و درمان با اینترفرون آلفا سطوح هموسیستئین را کاهش داد. هم چنین اینترفرون آلفا قادر بود پیشرفت آتروژنزیس را مهار کند.</p> <p><em>Introduction</em>: Hyperhemocysteinemia is a risk factor for cardiovascular diseases. Some studies reported that plasma level of hemocysteine increases in patients with hepatitis B. The aim of this study was to peruse the effect of interferon-alpha on hemocysteine levels in patients with hepatitis B. Interferon alpha (IFN-&alpha;) is a therapeutic agent for treatment of hepatitis B.</p> <p></p> <p><em>Materials & methods</em>: 20 patients with hepatitis B participated in this study. Plasma levels of hemocysteine assayed before and after IFN-&alpha; therapy and data were compared by using t-test and correlation.</p> <p></p> <p><em>Findings</em>: Plasma levels of hemocysteine in patients group showed a significant increase compared to the control group (p<0.001). IFN-&alpha; therapy reduced plasma levels of hemocysteine compared to before treatment (p<0.0001) and hemocysteine levels after treatment did not show any significant difference compared to the control group (P> 0.806).</p> <p></p> <p><em>Discussion & Conclusions:</em> Results showed that plasma levels of hemocysteine increased in patients with hepatitis B and treatment by Interferon-alpha reduced hemocysteine levels.
