fa بررسی خصوصیات سایکومتریک پرسش نامه سلامت عمومی(GHQ-28) فیزیولوژی physiology پژوهشي Research <div align="right" style="direction: rtl"> مقدمه: پرسش نامه سلامت عمومی برای شناسایی اختلالات روانی به کار برده می شود، هدف این مطالعه تعیین خصوصیات سایکومتریک پرسش نامه سلامت عمومی فرم 28 سوالی می باشد. <br>مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه متدولوژیک بر روی 118 نفر از دانش آموزان مدارس راهنمایی شهر ایلام که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شده بودند صورت گرفت. در این مطالعه از پرسش نامه سلامت عمومی 28 سوالی استفاده شد. برای تعیین روایی پرسش نامه از روش روایی سازه(تحلیل عاملی) و برای تعیین پایایی آن از روش همسانی درونی(ضریب آلفای کرونباخ) استفاده شد.<br> یافته های پژوهش: پرسش نامه سلامت عمومی از شش عامل مستقل تشکیل شده است که به ترتیب عامل اول بیماری سردرد نمره(884/2±221/14)، عامل دوم بی خوابی نمره(484/2±419/12)، عامل سوم لذت از زندگی نمره(090/2±451/10)، عامل چهارم سلامتی نمره(076/2±387/10)، عامل پنجم احساس بی ارزشی نمره(992/1±960/9) و عامل ششم اقدام به خودکشی نمره(685/1±423/8) را کسب کرده اند. هم چنین ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای ابعاد 69 درصد به دست آمد. <br>بحث و نتیجه گیری: فاکتور اول از پرسش نامه سلامت عمومی شامل سوالات(6-2)، فاکتور دوم(10-8)، فاکتور سوم(21-18)، فاکتور چهارم(7،1)، فاکتور پنجم(26،25،24،22) و فاکتور ششم شامل سوالات(27،28) بوده اند. </div> Introduction: The General Health Qu-estionnaire (GHQ) is used to detect mental disorders. The aim of this study was to determine the psychometric properties of the 28 questions version of the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ -28). <br> Materials & Methods: In a methodolo-gical study, 118 secondary school stud-ents in the city of Ilam were selected through random sampling method. In this study, the 28 questions version of the General Health Questionnaire was used. Construct validity was used to determine the validity and internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha coeffi-cient) was used to determine the relia-bility.<br> Finding: The GHQ is composed of six factors, The first factor is headache with the score of (14.22 ± 2.88), the second factor is insomnia with the score of (12.42 ± 2.48), the third factor is joy of life with the score of (10.45 ± 2.09), the fourth factor is health with the score of (10.387 ± 2.08), the fifth factor is feelings of worthlessness with the score of (9.96 ± 1.99) and the sixth factor is suicide attempt with the score of (8.42 ± 1.68), respectively.
