fa تعیین تاثیر عصاره متانولی مصطکی بر میزان رشد باکتری های استافیلوکوک اورئوس، استرپتوکوک موتانس،استرپتوکوک سنگوئیس و پسودوموناس آئروژینوزا میکروبشناسی Microbiology پژوهشي Research مقدمه: گونه های متفاوتی از باکتری ها دربخش های مختلف حفره دهان وجود دارند که سبب بروز پوسیدگی دندان و بیماری های پریودنتال می شوند. گیاه مصطکی در طب سنتی ایران برای مشکلات لثه، تسکین دندان درد و خوشبو کردن دهان استفاده شده است. هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی اثرضد باکتری گیاه مصطکی برروی باکتری های استافیلوکوک اورئوس، استرپتوکوک موتانس،استرپتوکوک سنگوئیس و پسودوموناس آئروژینوزااست. مواد و روش ها: عصاره متانولی گیاه مصطکی در غلظت های 100تا 1000میلیگرم/میلی لیتر بر روی باکتریهای استافیلوکوک اورئوس، استرپتوکوک موتانس،استرپتوکوک سنگوئیسوپسودوموناس آئروژینوزا تاثیر داده شد. روش های چاهک گذاری و انتشار دیسک برای بررسی اثر ضد باکتری مصطکی به کار رفتند. کمترین غلظتی که سبب ممانعت از رشد باکتری می شود وحداقل غلظت کشندگی باکتری تعیین گردید. یافته های پژوهش: استرپتوکوک موتانس و پسودوموناس آئروژینوزا به مصطکی حساس نبودند. استافیلوکوک اورئوس و استرپتوکوک سنگوئیس در رقت های50، 100 و 1000 میلی گرم/میلی لیترحساسیت نشان دادند.در روش دیسک هاله عدم رشد فقط در غلظت 100 میلی گرم/میلی لیتر در محیط کشت استرپتوکوک سنگوئیس ایجاد شده بود. قطر هاله عدم رشد 17 میلیمتر بود. حداقل غلظت مهارکنندگی باکتری در غلظت 1000 میلی گرم/میلی لیتر برای استرپتوکوکوس سنگوئیس به دست آمد. سایر باکتری ها در تمامی غلظت ها رشد کرده بودند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: عصاره متانولی مصطکی در برخی غلظت ها تاثیر ضد باکتری بر روی استافیلوکوک اورئوس واسترپتوکوک سنگوئیس دارد اما فاقد اثر ضد باکتری بر استرپتوکوک موتانسوپسودوموناس است. Introduction: There are different species of bacteria in different parts of oral c-avity that cause the tooth decay and pe-riodontal diseases. Pistacia lentiscus L. has been used for gingival problems, to-othache and aromatizing the mouth in Iranian traditional medicine. The aim of this study was evaluating the antibac-terial effect of Pistacia lentiscus L. on Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus sanguis and Ps-eudomonas aeruginosa. Materials & Methods: Methanolic ex-tract of Pistacia lentiscus L. from 100 to1000 mg/ml dilution were examined on strains of Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC25923), Streptococcus mutans( ATCC1601), Streptococcus sanguinis (ATCC1449) and Pseudomonas aerugi-nosa (ATCC25923 ). The well assay an-d disc diffusion methods were applied for testing the antibacterial activity of Pistacia lentiscus L. The Minimum Inh-ibitory Concentration (MIC) and Min-imum Bactericidal Concentration (MB-C) were detected. Findings: The Streptococcus mutans an-d Pseudomonas aeruginosa were not se-nsitive to Pistacia lentiscus L. Staphyl-ococcus aureus and Streptococcus sang-uinis were sensitive at 50, 100 and 1000 mg/ml concentrations. With disk diff-usion method, sensation to Pistacia lent-iscus L. was only showed at 100 mg/ml concentration for Streptococcus sangu-inis that produced an inhibition zone with 17 mm diameter. The MIC of Pist-acia lentiscus L. for Streptococcus sang-uinis was 1000 mg/ml. The other bacte-ria grew in all concentrations.
