fa رابطه بین سبک های مقابله با تنیدگی و سلامت روانی با توجه به شدت اعتیاد در معتادین روانشناسی psychology كاربردي Applicable مقدمه: نتایج بعضی از تحقیقات نشان می دهد که روش ها یا راهبردهای افراد در پاسخ دادن به محرک های تنش زا، نقش مهمی در احتمال قربانی شدن یا گرفتار آمدن آن ها به آسیب های روانی خانواده ایفا می کند. مطالعه حاضر به بررسی رابطه بین سبک های مقابله با تنیدگی و وضعیت سلامت روانی در میان معتادین مراکز ترک اعتیاد استان گیلان با توجه به شدت اعتیاد می پردازد. مواد و روش ها: در این پژوهش توصیفی-مقطعی تعداد 251 نفر از معتادینی که به مراکز ترک اعتیاد مراجعه کرده بودند به صورت نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. به همین جهت برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسش نامه استاندارد سبک های مقابله با تنیدگی(C.S.Q) و پرسش نامه سلامت عمومی(G.H.Q) استفاده گردید. داده ها با استفاده از روش های آمار توصیفی(میانگین، انحراف معیار و ...) و آمار استنباطی(ضریب همبستگی و رگرسیون) مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته های پژوهش: نتایج نشان داد که بین سبک مقابله مساله مدار و هیجان مدار و سلامت روانی در پایین ترین سطح شدت اعتیاد(به ترتیب r=0.61, r=0.44) رابطه معنادار بود. بین سبک مقابله اجتنابی و سلامت روانی در طبقه معتاد و اعتیاد شدید نیز همبستگی منفی(r=-0.42) وجود داشت. بحث و نتیجه گیری: ارتباط بین سبک مقابله اجتنابی و سلامت روانی در وابستگان به مواد بیانگر آن است که در سطوح پایین تر شدت اعتیاد، بین میزان استفاده از راهبرد اجتنابی و وضعیت سلامت روانی رابطه منفی وجود دارد و در سطوح بالاتر شدت اعتیاد رابطه مثبت است. Introduction: Results of some researches show that the strategies of people in response to stress stimuli play a crucial role in trapping the families in mental damages. The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between coping style and mental health along with considering the severity of drug addiction in addicted subjects in prevention centers of addiction in Gilan province. Materials & Methods: The research was a descriptive sectional study in which 251 addicted persons referring to prevention centers of addiction were selected rand-omly. For this reason, to collect required data the C.H.Q and G.H.Q questionnaires were utilized. The descriptive (mean, stand-ard, deviation and percent methods) and inferential statistics (correlation and reg-ression tests) were utilized to analyze the data. Findings: The results revealed that there is a significant relationship between coping style and emotional focused coping (r=61 %) and problems focused coping(r=44%), respectively. But, there was a negative correlation between avoidance coping and mental health (r=- 0.41) in addicted groups.
