fa عوامل تعیین‌کننده خودکشی موفق: یک مطالعه مقطعی بهداشت عمومی public health پژوهشي Research سابقه و هدف: خودکشی به عنوان یک معضل بزرگ بهداشت عمومی در کلیه جوامع مطرح است. خودکشی ریشه در مسائل پیچیده رفتاری، بیولوژیک، اجتماعی و روانشناختی داشته و اطلاعات موجود در این زمینه به خصوص در شهرستان‌‎ها محدود است. لذا، این پژوهش با هدف تعیین عوامل مرتبط با خودکشی موفق در شهرستان تویسرکان انجام گرفت. روش‌کار: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه مقطعی از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی می باشد که در آن 265 مورد اقدام به خودکشی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به منظور تعیین ارتباط بین متغیرها با خودکشی موفق از آزمون کا- اسکوئر استفاده شد. از مدل رگرسیون لجستیک برای بررسی اثر هم‌زمان متغیرها بر خودکشی موفق استفاده شد. سطح معنی داری آزمون‌های آماری 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد و داده‎ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Stata نگارش 11، تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج: از مجموع 265 مورد اقدام به خودکشی 6/59% مرد، 5/64% سن کمتر از 25 سال و 3/51% موارد ساکن مناطق شهری بودند. 78% آنها از طریق مصرف دارو اقدام به خودکشی نموده بودند. 4/9% موارد منجر به مرگ شده بود. رابطه بین خودکشی موفق با متغیرهای منطقه سکونت، فصل سال، وسیله اقدام به خودکشی و جنس از نظر آماری معنی‌دار بود. شانس خودکشی موفق در مصرف کنندگان مواد مخدر نسبت به مصرف کنندگان دارو 8/33 برابر بیشتر بود. نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‎ها، بیشترین میزان اقدام به خودکشی در مردان، افراد زیر 25 سال، ساکنین مناطق شهری و مجردین به وقوع پیوسته و متداول‎ترین روش در اقدام به خودکشی مصرف دارو بوده است. لذا توجه ویژه به این گروه‎ها افراد حائز اهمیت است. Background and objectives: Committing suicide is known as a big challenge for general health in all societies. Suicide has roots in complicated behavioral, biological, social and psychological matters besides, the amount of information available on the issue is limited in small towns. Due to these facts, this study was aimed at designating the causes of committing suicide in the western town of Toyserkan ,Hamedan, Iran. Methods: The present study is a cross-sectional, descriptive-analytical one in which 265 cases of committing suicide are investigated. In order to find out the relation between the variables with successful suicide cases the Chai-square correlation test was used. The logistic regression model was implemented to investigate the simultaneous effects of variables on successful cases of suicide. The meaningful statistical significance level was 0.05 and the data were analyzed using the Stata v3 software. Results: Out of a total of 265 suicide cases, %59.6 was committed by men %64.5 aged less than 25and %51.3 resided in urban areas. %78 of the cases committed suicide using medications. %9.4 of the cases was successful. The relationship between successful commitment of suicide and residence, season, suicide tools and sex variables, was statistically meaningful. The chance of successful suicide using drugs was 33.8 times as much as suicide using medications. Conclusion: Based on the findings of the study, the greatest rate of suicide in men is committed by those under the age of 25, those residing in urban areas and the singles. The most common suicide method was that of using medications.
