fa تعیین میزان آگاهی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان در مورد بیماری تب مالت متخصص داخلی Internal operations( nursing ) پژوهشي Research مقدمه: تب مالت یکی از بیماری های مشترک بین انسان و حیوان است که به صورت حاد، تحت حاد یا مزمن عارض می شود. با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع از لحاظ بعد اقتصادی و بهداشتی و با توجه به شیوع بالای این بیماری بر آن شدیم تا میزان آگاهی دانشجویان را بررسی نموده تا بر اساس یافته ها برنامه آموزشی تدوین و با توجه به آن میزان آگاهی افراد افزایش یابد. مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه مقطعی که بر روی 413 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان انجام شد. آگاهی دانشجویان از طریق پرسش نامه که شامل 10 سوال بود سنجیده شد و سپس داده ها وارد نرم افزار SPSS vol.16 شد و برای تجزیه تحلیل داده ها از ازمون های آماری استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش: بر طبق بررسی ها میانگین کلی نمره آگاهی افراد 07/5 بوده است، از نظر آنالیز واریانس دوطرفه که برای آگاهی دانشجویان بر حسب دو عامل(تحصیلات پدر و تحصیلات مادر) انجام شد. میانگین آگاهی دانشجویانی که مادر بالای دیپلم داشتند با میانگین آگاهی دانشجویانی که مادر زیر دیپلم داشتند از نظر آماری با P=0.9 معنی دار نبوده، و آگاهی آن هایی که پدر بالای دیپلم داشتند با آگاهی آن هایی که پدر زیر دیپلم داشتند با P=0.7 معنی دار نبوده است. میانگین آگاهی کسانی که با بیماری تب مالت آشنایی داشتند بیشتر از کسانی بود که با بیماری تب مالت آشنایی نداشتند آنالیز واریانس دو طرفه برای آگاهی در مورد بیماری تب مالت بر حسب دو عامل(جنسیت و آشنایی با بیماری) انجام شد. بین میانگین آگاهی پسر و دختر از لحاظ آماری با eP=0.12 تفاوتی از لحاظ آماری مشاهده نشد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: به دلیل این که دانشجویان در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تحصیل می کنند، آگاهی آن ها از بیماری تب مالت رضایت بخش نبود که حاکی از یک خلاء آموزشی یا عدم توجه دانشجویان به محتوای آموزشی می باشد که این موضوع نیاز به برنامه ریزی مجدد جهت آموزش دانشجویان در زمینه بیماری های شایع را نشان می دهد. Introduction: Brucellosis is one of the most common diseases among human and animals that occurs in the acute, sub-acute or chronic. Given the importance of this issue in terms of economic, health and also regarding to the high prevalence of the disease, we decided to determine the students' knowledge about the disease and develop the educational programs to increase their knowledge. Materials & Methods: This study was a cross-sectional study in which 413 students of Kashan University of Medical Sciences were examined. Students were assessed by using a questionnaire containing 10 questions and the analysis of data was performed by SPSS software. Findings: According to this study, the overall mean of knowledge score was 5.07. The knowledge of the students based on two factors (father's education and mother's education) was performed by two-way ANOVA. The mean of the knowledge of student whose mothers had upper the diploma education compared with the mean of the knowledge of the student whose mothers had under the diploma education was not significant (P=0.9). The means of the knowledge based on the fathers' education were also not different (P=0.7). The mean of the knowledge score of those students who were familiar with the brucellosis disease was more than those who were not familiar with the disease. Two-way ANOVA for the knowledge about the brucellosis based on two factors (gender and familiarity with the disease) was performed. Accordingly, between the knowledge of the boys and girls there were no statistically significant differences (P=0.12). Discussion & Conclusion: In spite of the students were studying at the University of Medical Sciences, their knowledge about brucellosis was not satisfactory. This may indicate a lack of training or a lack of attention to the students' educational content.
