بررسی روابط علّی همبستگی معنای زندگی و خودشفقت‌ورزی با ترس از پیری در سالمندان شهر ایلام: نقش میانجی‌گری سلامت معنوی

مقدمه: ترس از پیری یکی از مسائل مهم برای متخصصان رشد سالمندی در دنیای روان‌شناسی امروز است. داشتن دید منفی نسبت به پیری باعث فعال شدن ترس از پیری در وجود سالمند و تجربۀ اضطراب بیمارگونه در سن بالا می‌شود؛ تجربه‌ای که با بالا رفتن سن، بدتر می‌گردد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی روابط علّی معنای زندگی و خودشفقت‌ورزی با ترس از پیری، با میانجی‌گری سلامت معنوی در سالمندان شهر ایلام انجام گرفت.
مواد و روش­ها: طرح پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. تعداد 300 نفر از سالمندان به‌صورت هدفمند و بر اساس ملاک‌های تعیین‌شده برای ورود به پژوهش از جامعۀ آماری مدنظر انتخاب شدند. این افراد با تکمیل پرسش‌نامۀ معنای زندگی استگر و همکاران (2006)، خودشفقت‌ورزی نف (2003)، پرسش‌نامۀ ترس از پیری لاشر (1993) و پرسش‌نامۀ سلامت معنوی پولوتزین و الیسون (1982) ارزیابی گردیدند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آماری الگویابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.
یافته‌های پژوهش: مقادیر مربوط به ضریب مسیرها در الگوی پژوهش بیانگر آن بود که خودشفقت‌ورزی 43 درصد و معنای زندگی 39 درصد از تغییرات مربوط به متغیر ترس از پیری را به‌طور مستقیم تبیین می‌کنند که از نظر آماری در سطح 95 درصد معنی‌دار است.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای خودشفقت‌ورزی و معنای زندگی از طریق متغیر میانجی -سلامت معنوی- بر ترس از پیری تأثیر دارند.
