اثربخشی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی بر نگرانی، اضطراب و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی زنان مبتلا به اضطراب کووید-19

مقدمه: از زمان همه‌گیری کووید-19، مطالعات متعدد افزایش مشکلات مرتبط با نگرانی و اضطراب را نشان می‌دهند. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش‌ها، زنان بیش از مردان در معرض نگرانی و اضطراب ناشی از شیوع این بیماری قرار دارند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی بر نگرانی، اضطراب و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی زنان مبتلا به اضطراب کووید-19 بود.
مواد و روش ها: طرح این پژوهش از نوع آزمایشی تک‌موردی با خط پایۀ چندگانه و سنجش مداوم و پیگیری سه‌ماهه بود. سه بیمار زن به‌صورت هدفمند و بر اساس ملاک‌های تعیین‌شده برای ورود به پژوهش از جامعۀ آماری مدنظر انتخاب شدند و بر اساس دستورالعمل رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی تحت درمان قرار گرفتند. این افراد با تکمیل مقیاس اضطراب کرونا، پرسش‌نامۀ نگرانی ایالت پنسیلوانیا و مقیاس عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی ارزیابی گردیدند. داده‌ها به روش ترسیمی، درصد بهبودی و شاخص تغییر پایا تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: بهبودی کل شرکت‌کنندگان پس از مرحلۀ درمان (پیگیری) در متغیر نگرانی 25 درصد (34 درصد)، در متغیر اضطراب کرونا 56 درصد (57 درصد) و در متغیر عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی 49 درصد (52 درصد) بود که از نظر آماری در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد معنی‌دار است. نتایج نشان می‌دهند که بهبودی نگرانی و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی شرکت‌کنندگان در پیگیری سه‌ماهه افزایش داشته و بهبودی اضطراب کرونای آنان تثبیت‌شده است.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: به‌طورکلی، رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی در بهبود نگرانی و اضطراب و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی زنان مبتلا به اضطراب کووید-19 مؤثر است.
