اثر ترکیبی تمرین هوازی و مصرف کروسین بر پیشگیری از مرگ سلولی بافت عضلۀ قلب در رت های نر نژاد ویستار

مقدمه: مرگ سلولی ناشی از استرس اکسیداتیو توسط رادیکال های آزاد فعال می گردد که به‌نظر می رسد فعالیت ورزشی و تغذیه توانایی دارند که مرگ سلولی را تعدیل می کنند. هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی اثر ترکیبی تمرین هوازی و مصرف کروسین بر پیشگیری از مرگ سلولی بافت عضلۀ قلب در رت های نر نژاد ویستار بود.
مواد و روش ها: در پژوهش تجربی حاضر، تعداد 36 سر رت نر نژاد ویستار با میانگین وزنی 180 تا 200 گرم به‌طور تصادفی به شش گروه 6تایی (آب‌اکسیژنه، آب‌اکسیژنه+کروسین، آب‌اکسیژنه+تمرین، آب‌اکسیژنه+کروسین+تمرین، شم و کنترل) تقسیم شدند. پس از دو هفته آشنا سازی با محیط و یادگیری تمرین، گروه های تمرینی برای شش هفته به تمرین هوازی در آب پرداختند. به همۀ گروه ها به‌جز شم و کنترل، به میزان 1 میلی‌مول H2O2 و به گروه های مکمل 5/12 میلی‌گرم کروسین به‌صورت زیر صفاقی تزریق گردید. 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسۀ تمرین، رت ها پس از 10 تا 12 ساعت ناشتایی، با استفاده از گاز CO2 بیهوش شدند و بافت قلب آن ها جدا گردید. برای اندازه گیری ژن های پروآپوپتوتیک از روش Real Time PCR، برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده ها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک‌راهه و آزمون تعقیبی شفه در سطح معنی‌داری 0.05P استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته­های تحقیق نشان داد که شش هفته تمرین هوازی در آب، مصرف مکمل کروسین و همچنین ترکیب تمرین هوازی و مکمل کروسین باعث کاهش بیان ژن های مسیر داخلی آپوپتوزی در سطح معنی‌داری 0.05P گردید.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج مطالعۀ حاضر به‌نظر می رسد، برای کاهش آپوپتوز بافت قلب، آسیب کمتر سلولی و درنهایت سلامت بافت قلب، از تعامل و ترکیب تمرین هوازی در آب و مکمل آنتی‌اکسیدانی کروسین استفاده شود.
