مطالعۀ نظری جذب مولکول دارویی جنستین بر صفحۀ گرافن خالص و دوپ‌شده با اتم‌های فلزی (Ni، Ti، Cr و Se)

مقدمه: جنستین یک ایزوفلاون است که به‌عنوان دارو برای متوقف کردن انواع سلول های سرطانی مانند سرطان پستان و پروستات به‌کار می رود. هدف از این تحقیق شبیه سازی مولکولی فرایند جذب سطحی مولکول دارویی جنستین روی گرافن خالص و جنستین بر گرافن دوپ‌شده با اتم های فلــزی Ni، Ti، Se و Cr، برای افزایش بازده جذب مولکول دارویی جنستین-گرافن است.
مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه با استفاده از نرم افزار HyperChem Professional vol.8.0.10، صفحۀ گرافن با ابعاد 4×4 در مجاورت مولکول جنستین در فاصلۀ 1 تا 5 انگسترم قرار گرفت. از روش نظریۀ تابعی چگالی (DFT) برای شبیه‌سازی جذب جنستین-گرافن و برای طراحی بهینۀ ساختار مولکولی از نرم‌افزار Gaussian vol.09 روش هیبرید B3LYP و مجموعۀ پایۀ 6-31G* به دلیل پایدارترین ساختار تا رسیدن به میزان مطلوب استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده نشان می دهد که انرژی جذب جنستین-گرافن دوپ‌شده با اتم های فلزی Ni، Se، Ti و Cr به‌ترتیب 154/318، 080/954، 745/972 و 149/1236 کیلوکالری بر مول و شکاف انرژی جنستین-گرافن دوپ‌شده با Cr، Se،  Ti و  Ni به‌ترتیب 422/85، 476/92، 396/102 و 694/94 کیلوکالری بر مول است.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتیجۀ این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که حضور اتم Ni دوپ‌شده با گرافن، چگالی بار الکترونی را افزایش می دهد. شکاف انرژی جنستین-گرافن دوپ‌شده با Ni بیانگر واکنش پذیر بودن و چگالی بار الکترونی بالای این ترکیب است و می‌تواند به‌عنوان گزینۀ مناسبی برای افزایش بازده جذب مولکول دارویی جنستین استفاده شود.
