مقایسۀ تأثیر تمرینات کادمن و ریتم حرکتی کتف بر درد و چرخش خارجی شانه زنان مبتلا به شانه منجمد

مقدمه: سندرم شانه منجمد عارضه‌‌ای است که باعث ایجاد درد و محدودیت حرکتی در مفصل شانه می‌شود. پس از آسیب شانه، تمرینات پاندولی کادمن با هدف ایجاد تحرک اولیه، افزایش جریان مواد مغذی در فضای مفصل و کاهش درد اجرا می‌گردد. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر مقایسۀ تأثیر تمرینات کادمن و ریتم کتف بر درد و چرخش خارجی شانۀ زنان مبتلا به شانۀ‌‌ منجمد بود.
مواد و روش ها: در این پژوهش نیمهتجربی، تعداد 30 زن مبتلا به شانه‌‌ منجمد با دامنۀ سنی 40 تا 60 سال، به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی به دو گروه مساوی تمرینات کادمن و تمرینات ریتم حرکتی کتف تقسیم شدند. هر دو گروه تمرینات مربوط به خود را در طول 8 هفته، هر هفته 3 جلسه و هر جلسه 30 تا 40 دقیقه اجرا کردند. ماهیت تمرینات کادمن، پاندولی و با هدف ایجاد تحرک اولیه در مفصل شانه بود. تمرینات ریتم حرکتی کتف با هدف تأثیر بر تعادل عضلات کتف و ریتم اسکاپولوهومرال بود. پیش و پس از مداخلۀ تمرینی، میزان درد شانه و دامنۀ چرخش خارجی شانه به‌‌وسیلۀ مقیاس دیداری VAS و گونیامتر ارزیابی شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج مربوط به متغیر درد نشان داد، میان دو برنامۀ تمرینی اختلاف معنا‌‌داری وجود دارد، به‌طوری‌که برنامۀ ریتم حرکتی کتف در کاهش درد بهتر از برنامۀ تمرینی کادمن بود (P=0.001)؛ همچنین دامنۀ چرخش خارجی مفصل شانه در گروه برنامۀ ریتم حرکتی کتف، بهتر از برنامۀ تمرینی کادمن نشان داده شد (P=0.006).
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به تأثیرگذاری هر دو برنامۀ تمرینی، می‌‌توان گفت برنامۀ تمرینی ریتم کتف در بهبود درد و دامنۀ حرکتی چرخش خارجی شانۀ‌‌ زنان مبتلا به شانۀ‌‌ منجمد بهتر بوده است و پیشنهاد می‌شود این تمرینات در روند درمان این بیماران گنجانده شود.
