مقایسه تأثیر تمرینات منتخب TRX و ایروفیتنس بر تعادل و حس عمقی بیماران مبتلا به ام‌اس

مقدمه: مولتیپل اسکلروزیس (MS)، بیماری خودایمنی، التهابی و مزمن است که تحت تأثیر ضایعات تخریب میلین در جسم سفید مغز، طناب نخاعی و اعصاب بینایی بروز می‌کند. عمده‌ترین عوارض این بیماری خستگی، گرفتگی عضلات، لرزش، نداشتن تعادل و اختلال در راه رفتن است؛ بنابراین، هدف از این مطالعه مقایسۀ تأثیر تمرینات منتخب TRX و ایروفیتنس بر تعادل و حس عمقی بیماران مبتلا به ام‌اس بود.
مواد و روش ها: تعداد 30 نفر از زنان مبتلا به ام‌اس مراجعه‌کننده به انجمن MS اصفهان، در دامنۀ سنی 50-20 سال و با نمرۀ مقیاس ناتوانی گسترش‌یافته (EDSS) 4-1، به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی به دو گروه تمرینات منتخب TRX (15 نفر) و ایروفیتنس (15 نفر) تقسیم شدند. آزمودنی‌های دو گروه برای مدت 8 هفته، هر هفته 3 جلسه و هر جلسه 60 دقیقه، تمرینات TRX و ایروفیتنس انجام دادند. تعادل و حس عمقی مچ پا به ترتیب از طریق آزمون تعادلی لک‌لک و دستگاه ایزوکنتیک اندازه‌گیری شد. در تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، از آزمون‌های تی همبسته و تی مستقل استفاده گردید (P<0.05).
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که تمرینات منتخب TRX و ایروفیتنس موجب بهبودی معناداری بر تعادل و حس عمقی مچ پای بیماران مبتلا به ام‌اس شد (P<0.05). در مقایسۀ میان تمرینی، تمرینات TRX نسبت به تمرینات ایروفیتنس، تأثیر معنادارتری (P<0.01) بر تعادل و حس عمقی مچ پای بیماران مبتلا به ام‌اس داشت (P<0.05).
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که تمرینات منتخب TRX و ایروفیتنس، تعادل و حس عمقی مچ پای بیماران مبتلا به ام‌اس را بهبود می‌بخشد؛ بنابراین، انجام این تمرینات به‌عنوان یک مداخلۀ تمرینی برای بهبود تعادل و حس عمقی مچ پای افراد مبتلا به ام‌اس توصیه می‌شود.
