fa گالری‌واک در آموزش علوم پزشکی نامه به سردبیر آموزش پزشکی medical education یادداشت سردبیر Editorial Note <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">روش گالری‌واک روشی فراگیرمحور، ساده و کم‌هزینه است که در مقایسه با روش‌های سنتی مانند سخنرانی، فراگیران مشارکت فعال‌تری در فرایند یادگیری دارند. در این روش، دانشجویان در گروه‌های کوچک پس از مشاهدۀ پوسترهای نصب‌شده بر دیوار کلاس درس، به پرسش‌های بازپاسخ ارائه‌شده بر روی هر پوستر پاسخ می‌دهند، پاسخ گروه‌های دیگر را مشاهده و نقد می‌کنند و از طریق تعامل و بازخورد همتایان، به یادگیری عمیق‌تر و مهارت حل مسئله دست می‌یابند. این روش می‌تواند مهارت‌هایی مانند تفکر انتقادی، حل‌ مسئله، ارتباط مؤثر، کار گروهی و مدیریت زمان را در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی تقویت کند. بااین‌حال، این روش آموزشی در حوزۀ آموزش علوم پزشکی کمتر شناخته‌شده است. آماده‌سازی زمان‌بر محتوا، دشواری مدیریت کلاس درس و استرس ناشی از محدودیت زمانی از چالش‌های اجرایی این روش است که برای رفع آن‌ها می‌توان از تسهیل‌گر یا استادیار در کلاس‌های درس بزرگ، تعیین بازه زمانی مناسب و متناسب با دشواری سؤالات برای پاسخ به آن‌ها و اجرای این روش را ترجیحاً در کلاس‌های با ظرفیت محدود استفاده کرد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:97%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">The Gallery Walk method is a simple, low-cost, and learner-centered method that promotes more active learner engagement in the learning process, as opposed to traditional methods, such as lectures. In this approach, students work in small groups, review posters posted on the classroom wall, respond to open-ended questions associated with each poster, observe and critique the responses of other groups, and gain deeper learning and problem-solving abilities through peer interaction and feedback. Such an approach may improve the competencies of health professional students in areas like critical thinking, problem solving, effective communication, teamwork, and time management. Yet this educational approach is less familiar in health professions education. Challenges to Implementation: Time to prepare content; difficulty with classroom management; stress from time constraints.
