fa ارائه ی الگوی کارآفرینی با رویکرد آمیخته در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی دولتی شهر تهران عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt">مقدمه:</span></span></span></span></b> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">کارآفرینی به‌عنوان راهکاری مؤثر برای رشد اقتصادی و کاهش بیکاری دانش‌آموختگان، به‌ویژه در ایران، اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. توسعۀ کارآفرینی در دانشگاه‌ها و نهادینه‌سازی فرهنگ کارآفرینی در نظام سلامت می‌تواند سازمان‌های بهداشتی را برای مواجهه با محیط رقابتی آماده سازد و مسیر گذار از اقتصاد هزینه‌محور به ثروت‌آفرینی را هموار کند. با توجه به نقش محوری دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی در تأمین منابع انسانی و ارائۀ خدمات بهداشتی، طراحی الگویی بومی و کاربردی برای توسعۀ کارآفرینی در این دانشگاه‌ها از اهمیت راهبردی برخوردار است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائۀ الگوی کارآفرینی در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی دولتی شهر تهران انجام‌شده است.</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Zar""></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt">مواد و روش&shy;ها:</span></span></span></span></b> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">روش پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر داده‌ها، آمیخته اکتشافی (کیفی-کمی) و از نظر ماهیت در بعد کیفی، داده‌بنیاد سیستمی است و در بعد کمی، پیمایشی مقطعی است. نمونۀ آماری بخش کیفی شامل خبرگان جامعۀ علمی دانشگاهی و متخصصان در حوزۀ کارآفرینی (۱۵ نفر) و در بخش کمی، اساتید دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی دولتی شهر تهران (۹۵۴ نفر) بودند و داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه و پرسش‌نامۀ محقق‌ساخته جمع‌آوری شدند. تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی صورت گرفت.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt">یافته&shy; های پژوهش: </span></span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">یافته‌های کیفی پژوهش از 5 بعد (عوامل علی، عوامل زمینه‌ای، شرایط مداخله‌گر، راهبردها و پیامدها)، 18 مؤلفه و 123 شاخص تشکیل‌شده است. نخستین یافتۀ پژوهش در بخش کمی مؤید نتایج بخش کیفی است. در بخش کمی با استفاده از آزمون‌های آمار استنباطی نتایج نشان می‌دهد، سطح معنی‌داری به‌دست‌آمده برای متغیر کارآفرینی (678/0) 05/0 و مقدار </span></span>k-s<span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""> برابر 14/3 است و در آمار توصیفی، بیشترین میانگین مؤلفه‌ها مربوط به مؤلفۀ فنّاوری و تجهیزات با میانگین 35/5 و کمترین مورد مربوط به اسناد بالادستی با میانگین 8/4 است.</span></span><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt"></span></span></span></span></b></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:8pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">بحث و نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">: </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">یافته‌های پژوهش به طراحی الگوی کارآفرینی برای دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی منجر شد که بر پایۀ ابعاد علی، زمینه‌ای، مداخله‌گر و راهبردی استوار است. این الگو با ترکیب مؤلفه‌های زیرساختی، مدیریتی و راهبرد‌های نوآورانه، چارچوبی منسجم برای ارتقای روحیه کارآفرینی و انضباط سازمانی در بخش دولتی سلامت ارائه می‌دهد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:9pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">Introduction:</span></span></b> &nbsp;The present study was conducted with the aim of presenting an entrepreneurship model for public medical sciences universities in Tehran.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size:9pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">Materials & Methods: </span></span></b>In terms of purpose, this study is applied; in terms of data, it follows an exploratory mixed-methods design (qualitative&ndash;quantitative); and in terms of nature, the qualitative phase is based on the systematic grounded theory approach, also known as the paradigmatic model. The quantitative phase was conducted as a cross-sectional survey. The statistical population in the qualitative phase consisted of academic experts and specialists in the field of entrepreneurship, among whom 15 participants were selected, and the validity of the qualitative findings was confirmed. In the quantitative phase, the statistical population included 954 faculty members of medical sciences universities in Tehran. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics.<span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="color:#374151"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:9pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">Results:</span></span></b> The findings of the study revealed that the proposed model consists of five dimensions, namely causal factors, contextual factors, intervening conditions, strategies, and outcomes, along with 18 components and 123 indicators.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size:9pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="color:black"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">Conclusion:</span></span></b> The findings led to the development of an entrepreneurship model for medical sciences universities based on causal, contextual, intervening, and strategic dimensions.
