fa اثربخشی آموزش تاب ‌آوری بر کاهش استرس والدگری مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به اختلال اوتیسم روانشناسی بالینی clinical psychology پژوهشي Research <div align="right" style="direction: rtl">مقدمه: هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی تاب ‌آوری بر کاهش تنش والدگری مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به اختلال اوتیسم بود<br> مواد و روش ‌ها: روش این پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی، با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به اختلال اوتیسم مراجعه‌کننده به خانه‌های سلامت منطقه 5 شهرداری شهر تهران بود. نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 26 مادر بود که به‌ طور در دسترس انتخاب و به‌ صورت تصادفی، در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش تحت 12 جلسه هفتگی آموزش تاب‌ آوری قرار گرفت. داده ‌ها با استفاده از آزمون ارزیابی اوتیسم و شاخص تنش والدینی جمع‌ آوری شد. به‌ منظور تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌ ها از روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس یک متغیری و چند متغیری استفاده شد.<br> &nbsp;یافته‌ های پژوهش: آموزش تاب‌ آوری به‌ طور معناداری بر تنش والدگری مادران دارای کودکان اوتیستیک موثر بوده و مادران در گروه آزمایشی کاهش معناداری(P<0.05) را در تنش والدگری نشان دادند.<br> بحث و نتیجه‌ گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش اثربخشی آموزش تاب ‌آوری بر کاهش استرس والدگری مبتلا به اختلال اوتیسم مورد تایید قرار گرفت؛ بنا بر این می ‌توان نتیجه گرفت که آموزش تاب ‌آوری یک روش موثر است که می ‌تواند استرس والدگری مادران دارای کودک مبتلا به اوتسیم را کاهش دهد.</div> <p>Introduction: The purpose of this research was to Study the Effectiveness of resilience training on reduction of parental stress of Autistic Children&#39s mothers.<br> Materials &methods: The method of this study was a semi experimental study with pre-test and post-test in two experimental and control groups. The statistical population comprised Autistic Children&#39s mothers referred to houses of health in No. 5 of Tehran municipality. The research sample consisted of 26 mothers that were selected by the available sampling method and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The experimental group received resilience education for 12 weekly sessions. Data were gathered by using Childhood Autism Rating Scale and Parental Stress Index. Data were analyzed by analysis of covariance (ANCOVA).<br> Findings: Resilience training on parental stress of Autistic Children&#39s mothers was significantly effective and mothers of the experimental group showed significant reduction (p<0/05) in parental stress.<br> Discussion &Conclusion: According to the results of this research effectiveness of resilience training on decreasing the level of parental stress of Autistic Children&#39s mothers was confirmed.
