This would impact on their quality of life. This study was performed to evaluate the relation of quality of life and work-family conflict among midwives in Ahvaz, Iran. This cross-sectional study was performed in 2014-2015 at health centers in Ahvaz. Materials & methods: The data was collected through a demographic, work-family conflict and quality of life questionnaires. 261 midwives that was the total numbers of midwifes in Ahvaz, filled out three questionnaires. Results showed that 229 midwives completed questionnaires. Findings: There was a negative significant correlation between quality of life and work-family conflict (p<0/01).
