This battery helps to specialists assessing neurological, psycho-educational, clinical and psychological aspects at all levels between preschool and high school. This is a theory based clinical instrument that contributes to culturally fair assessment, while the purpose of this research was the investigation of psychometric characteristics of kaufman's neurological and clinical diagnostic tests that make very valuable assessment. Materials & Methods: The method of this research was descriptive-analytical study that applied for the situation and the sub-tests were performed on 4-4.11 years old kindergarten children. Society population was all of 4-4.11 years old children. This sample was selected randomly through par-tial classification of boys and girls of Ilam's kindergartens. The instrument for gathering data was kaufman's neurological and clini-cal diagnostic subtests that has developed based on Luria's neurological-clinical mo-del. Findings: Cranbach alfa was ranged from 0.80 to 0.85. Cronbach alfa of whole was 0.90. Correlation coefficient between kau-fman’s test and wechsler’s total IQ was 0.72. Subtests intelligence scores mean for different groups of 4-4.11 years old showed that intelligence is a phenomenon that increased with age and makes follow on age trend. There were significant relationships between age and subtests scores. Discussion & Conclusion: It can draw a profile of strengths and weaknesses of child by kaufman's neurological-clinical diagnostic tests.
