Material & methods: 31 patients suspected to Vulvovaginitis were selected. 10 out of 31 were found to be infected with candida albicans useing microdilution broth method with RPMI 1640 medium . MIC50, MIC90 and MFC were measured. at 37ºC and PH7.2. Results: The results showed that MIC50, MIC90 and MFC for Ketoconazole were 0.25 -1, 1-4, 64 -≥512 µg/ml , for Fluconazole 0.25 -1, 1-4, 256-≥1024 µg/ml and for Clotrimazole 0.125, 1-8, 128-512 µg/ml respectively.
